RunGood Poker Series Partners w/ ClubWPT Gold for Online Ring Events
The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) announced a collaboration with ClubWPT Gold that will give players a chance to win an RGPS ring while playing online this spring.
The Mission RunGood x ClubWPT Gold Online Series will take place Feb. 23-May 24, featuring eight ring events that will coincide with various RGPS stops around the US. The events will take place on ClubWPT Gold, a sweepstakes model platform that can be played on mobile devices.
Both live and online players who final table RunGood ring events this spring season will receive a ticket to an invitation-only tournament on ClubWPT Gold on May 24 that will award a $12,400 WPT Championship package.
“Ensuring that poker remains safe and accessible across the United States is a top priority for ClubWPT Gold,” ClubWPT Gold Marketing Manager Jamie Kerstetter said in a press release. “What better way to reinforce that commitment than by partnering with one of the most trusted Mid-Major poker tours in the country.”
The Mission RunGood series is well underway and recently saw Brian Craig winning the RGPS Tulsa Main Event for $70,169. Upcoming stops include RGPS San Diego running Feb. 18-23, RGPS Tunica running March 11-16 and RGPS Reno Running March 25-30.
The award-winning series is once again up for a Global Poker Award after being nominated in the Best Mid-Major Tour/Circuit category.
