Hellmuth Negreanu & Bleznick Featured in Upcoming 2025 Leaf Metal Poker Trading Cards

Leaf Trading Cards has announced that a brand-new set of poker trading cards, their first since 2012, will be released by the end of the month.

The 2025 Leaf Metal Poker set features some of the biggest names in the game today including Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Jared Bleznick, and Patrik Antonius, as well as relative newcomers (at least from the last time a set of poker cards came out) like Nikki Limo, Espen Jorstad, and Brad Owen.

A box of the new cards costs $89.99 and includes six autographs per box, including one multi-signed card. According to the website:

The set was done in conjunction with Poker Royalty with Jesse Fullen, now with Gorilla Gaming, serving as a player facilitator.

Here are some pictures Fullen shared of players signing for their cards:

“As a huge poker fan for 20 years, working on this project was really special,” Fullen told PokerNews. “I got to work with people like Hellmuth and Negreanu while also bringing in the next generation of poker players and creators like Jeremy Becker and Caitlin Comeskey. I hope poker lovers enjoy this set and the hunt for their favorite players cards and autographs.”

Fullen added: “I think my favorite player I hunted down was Steve ‘Cuz’ Buckner, who after months and months of travel finally met me at Caesars and signed all his stickers on top of a video poker machine at the bar while telling me some of his most recent amazing stories. These players in my opinion carry great poker history and are also some of the best we will see in the future as well. Hope you enjoy!”

Steven “Cuz” BucknerIt’s not the first time Leaf has released a set of poker player cards. They did sets in 2011 and 2012, as well as special cards for the 2020 Leaf Pop Century. There was also the 2010 Razor Poker set. Many of those cards – which include autographs from stars of the time including Vanessa Rousso, Annette Obrestad, and Paul Wasicka – can currently be found on eBay.

Interestingly, there has been a big crossover between the trading card and poker worlds with poker players like Jared Bleznick and Jon Turner operating breaking businesses. Whether or not there might be a box break on TheBlez.com remains to be seen, but given that Bleznick loves him some sports cards and he is in this set, it could very well be in the cards.
