Grosvenor Poker and the Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT) are celebrating their joining forces in 2025 by running two winter leaderboards, each boasting £3,000 in added prizes, including a £1,500 UK Open seat.

The leaderboards are split into two: Main and Mini. You’ll earn points for the Main Leaderboard by competing in the £30 buy-in APAT Main Leaderboard tournament each Sunday. Points for the Mini Leaderboard are awarded for playing in a £5 APAT Mini Leaderboard tournament, also on Sundays.

Cards are in the air from 7:00 p.m. every Sunday from December 22 through February 16, meaning you have nine chances to earn APAT Winter Leaderboard points. If your bankroll allows it, you can compete for prizes on both leaderboards.

APAT Winter Leaderboard Prizes

Both leaderboards pay the top ten points earners after the ninth and final qualifying tournament on February 16. Prizes range from £5 APAT Event tickets to a £250 UK Open Mini seat in the Mini Leaderboard, to £30 APAT Event tickets and a £1,500 UK Open seat in the Main Leaderboard.

APAT Winter Leaderboard Points System

The leaderboards use a simple system that awards between five and 100 points depending on your finishing position in each weekly tournament. Take one of the tournaments down to receive 100 points, 20 more than any other position awards.

It pays to play in as many qualifying tournaments as possible because you’ll receive at least five points just for playing; that’s at least 45 points right off the bat!
