Resort FeeThe Resort Fee is $25 per room, per day. The Resort Fee includes the following amenities:

• In-room bottled water
• In-room coffee service
• In-room safe to secure your valuables
• Access to the fitness room in the Spa

CancellationsWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will result in a charge of one night’s room plus tax. The 72-hour cancellation does not apply to special promotions or events with an otherwise stated policy.

Any changes are subject to rate and stay restrictions. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.

Check-In/Check-OutFor your convenience, we offer 24-hour front desk service to assist with check-in and check-out.

Occupancy PolicyExtra adult fee of $25 per person plus taxes will apply for any reservations exceeding maximum occupancy of 2 persons per resort guestroom. No charge for children up to 17 years of age.

PaymentThe hotel currency is US dollar. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners/Carte Blanche, and Discover.

Debit/Credit Card Authorization PolicyA credit card or debit card is required to check in to the hotel. The name on the card must match the government issued ID of the guest presenting the card. If the debit/credit card you are using for check-in is associated with a bank or checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals in the amount of $50/night, through your date of check-out. Such funds will be released after departure and may take up to 7-10 business days to be returned to your account at the discretion of your financial institution. Family PolicyTalking Stick Resort is suitable for children. Talking Stick Resort offers three pools, fantastic dining options and neighboring entertainment facilities.

Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Must be 21 years or older to rent guestrooms, to access the gaming floor, concerts and bars.

Extra Child & Crib InfoNo charge for children up to 17 years of age. Cribs are available at no charge.

Pet PolicyPets are not allowed on resort property. Service animals are welcome.

ParkingValet and self-parking are complimentary. Gratuity is accepted at a guest’s discretion.

RV Parking:RVs are welcome to park in a designated area of our parking lot for $25 per night. To secure a recreational vehicle parking pass, visit the gift shop to pay your daily fee.

Smoking PolicyThe resort and casino are non-smoking. Smoking allowed in designated areas only. Subject to fines of up to $500 if policy is disregarded.

Play Poolside at Talking Stick ResortDoes your stay include plans to enjoy our pools? We are thrilled to bring an elevated and more intimate pool experience to our guests, and as such, the West Pool is currently closed for renovations. Please be advised that a higher noise level may be experienced in rooms facing the west side of the hotel during the renovation. Thank you for your understanding while we work on this exciting project. Our guests may enjoy the Scottsdale sun at our Main Pool or Lounge Pool.

The Main PoolThe signature Talking Stick pool! You can relax in lounge chairs next to crystal blue water, or have a luxurious afternoon with one of our poolside cabanas, canopy daybeds or VIP bottle service.

The Lounge PoolRight next to the Main Pool, this shallow day-lounge pool will let you lounge half-in and half-out while soaking up the sun in one of 16 lounge chairs immersed in the water. It’s the perfect place to read a book, enjoy a cocktail or relax with friends.

EnhancementsGuest stay enhancements do not include taxes and are subject to service charges. Gratuities are appreciated and are at a guest’s own discretion.

Dining ReservationsOrange Sky™ dinner reservations should be made well in advance of your arrival to ensure greatest flexibility in how and when we service your requests. Talking Stick Resort has five alternate dining venues on property.

Poolside ConcertsOur concert stage at the Main Pool is a popular attraction that hosts evening events year-round. See our entertainment schedule for upcoming events and details. Unless otherwise noted, all guests must be 21 or older to attend shows.

Fitness CenterOur Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for resort guests. A room key is required for entry.

The Spa at Talking Stick™We encourage you to schedule your appointments at least 4 weeks in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your service to allow for proper check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years of age in order to use the spa and locker room facilities.
