Hi, I am currently using the trial version and I am trying to manually import my hand history from a file to HM3, the import process finishes without any problems but when I try click the ‘Cash’ tab to switch to tournament hands, I get the following message: ‘The current player has no tournament hands’ Also, the cash results seems to be showing hands that are not mine. What can I do to fix this? Tnx This is because you have the active player set to the ‘SampleHero’ name for the sample hands that you imported during the installation setup wizard. You need to click that button at the top of the Reports then click ‘Select Player…’ and switch to one of your own screen names, or create an alias of all your screen names and switch to that, as shown in the linked images below. - https://www.dropbox.com/s/qei0dn5he6...ehero.png /> - https://www.dropbox.com/s/mxy3p1se4u...20new.png /> If you no longer want to see those hands, or the opponents that ‘SampleHero’ played against, when viewing the Reports or Opponents view: Click the active player screen/alias name button at the top of the Cash game mode reports and open the ‘Select Player…’ and choose that PokerStars ‘SampleHero’ screen name. Next open the Report Selector - Analysis - ‘Overall’ report, change the ‘Last 1,000’ filter to ‘Last 10,000’, left click one hand in the lower hands grid section of the report and then click CTRL+A to select all 1,021 hands and finally right-click one of the selected hands and ‘Delete’ those hands. You may also want to compact the database after that to reclaim that space those purged/deleted hands were taking in your database as instructed below. - Install the SQLite Browser - https://sqlitebrowser.org/dl/ - Restart your computer and leave HM3 and the HM3 Server (HUD Only Mode) closed. - Launch the SQLite Browser program and then click ‘Open Database’ option, switch the File Type box to ‘All Files’ and select your database you want to compact. - Now click Tools - ‘Compact Database…’ - ‘OK’. - The process will likely say ’not responding’ but just be patient as it can take a good bit of time for larger databases. - When the process finishes the ‘Compact Database’ window that had popped up will close and then you can close the main DB Browser software. Here is a short video example of me showing the process on an old test database - https://www.screenpresso.com/=KNF9f 5.
