I’ve been with WPT for 3 years I had this rude ignorant supervisor name Alexa who clearly does not know her job has clearly no customer service experience rude ghetto ignorant ill articulated and that does not listen to her customers you’re not going to tell me that my provider on their own change the location of where I live and accept me to accept that that’s bull that’s bogus if you don’t know your job get more training and get a better job or better yet collect unemployment cuz that’s what you’re good for you’re terrible at your job and I’ve never had a complaint with WPT but this is foremost the most discouraging experience I’ve ever had you want to put it on me to call my provider when it cuz it’s showing in your IP address that I’m in Carolina when I’m in Florida and I know my blackout dates unacceptable if you want to keep your business I guess my little peons every month ain’t nothing to you but I will rant and raise until somebody hears this because you got to do better with your customer service and the ill advice and Ill train people you hire Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest
