New Show Hellmuth’s Home Game Debuts Tonight on CBS Sports WORKING

Are you ready for a new poker show starring arguably the most famous poker player in the world?

Phil Hellmuth Jr. might be busy pursuing his 18th gold bracelet at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP), but that isn’t stopping him from launching his new show Hellmuth’s Home Game presented by Poker Night in America (PNIA) and sponsored by BetRivers.

Debuting Monday, June 30 on CBS Sports and airing weekly at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT until the end of 2025, the nationally-televised show is unique in that there is no commentary. Instead, the show is carried by table talk from Hellmuth alongside a cast of fellow pros and friends in an intimate, relaxed cash game setting

“Once again, we’re innovating poker TV,” said Todd Anderson, creator of the show and veteran producer with over 20 years of experience in televised poker. “From Heartland Poker Tour to Poker Night in America, we’ve always tried to push the envelope. Removing the announcers puts the audience right in the room—it’s authentic, unscripted, and unlike anything that’s ever aired before.”

The series was originally filmed at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, this past spring, and has plans to return this Fall for additional filming. In addition to Hellmuth, those joining him early on included Dan “Jungelman” Cates, Xuan Liu, DJ “Chris” Washburn, Randy “3Coin” Sadler, and Hellmuth’s son, Phillip Hellmuth III.

The series premiere date, June 30, marks exactly 12 years since Poker Night in America first hit the airwaves. As Hellmuth’s Home Game continues that legacy of innovation, offering a fresh perspective on the personalities, strategy, and drama that make poker irresistible.

New episodes of Hellmuth’s Home Game will air at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT every Monday.

PR & Media Manager for PokerNews, Podcast host & 2013 WSOP Bracelet Winner.
