Estonia's "DingeBrinker" found themselves void of chips, their deep run ending in a fifth-place finish worth $20,359 before Michael "imluckbox" Addamo ran out of luck, busting in fifth for $27,182.

Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo, the fifth-place finisher in the $1,050 Sunday Warm-Up High Roller for $4,189, scooped a $36,292 prize for his fourth-place exit in this event. Heads-up pitted "DavyJones922" against "Haringbuis" in a battle were the difference in prize money was almost $22,000. "Machado de Ax" Triumphs in the PartyPoker Big Sunday

The Big Sunday is one of PartyPoker's newest additions to its Sunday tournament schedule, and it is already proving popular. Costing $215 to enter and guaranteeing $25,000 pitches it at the top end of PartyPoker's high-stakes offering.

This week saw 176 players create a guarantee-busting $35,410 prize pool that the top 31 finishers shared. All but one of the nine finalists saw that $215 investment swell to four figures.

"TightGrandpa68" finished in ninth for $863, with "Taitopelaaja76" and "Keys3rSoze" busting in eighth and seventh for scores weighing in at $1,004 and $1,180, respectively. The prizes continued increasing with each eliminated player. "Nitemare53" saw $1,407 land in their PartyPoker account, "Atuth" scooped $1,709, and "Mr. Pigeon" flew away with $2,276.

Third place and $3,323 went to "Belieber," leaving "Machado de Ax" heads-up against "Brener Vicente." $4,752 was the least money either of the heads-up duo could win, and the prize now in the PartyPoker account of "Belieber." The champion, "Machado de Ax" secured a $6,760 prize.

"LeVieux4" Takes Down the Super $55

A bumper crowd of 857 players each paid $55 to enter the Super $55, resulting in PartyPoker paying out $42,850; that beat the guarantee by $2,850. "LeVieux4" was the main beneficiary of the juicy prize pool because they were the last player standing, and the recipient of the champion title. The victory came with $2,594 for finishing in first place, plus an additional $4,023 worth of bounty payments, making for a total score worth $6,617.

The champion eliminated an impressive number of opponents on their way to the top, 16 to be exact. One of those scalps belonged to runner-up "I Like You", who saw $3,099 top up their account balance.

The Super $55 is one of PartyPoker's Daily Legends, which PokerNews wrote about last week. This event took around eight hours to finish, concluding at 1:26 a.m. GMT, meaning even the champion will have managed to get a decent night's sleep, if they could drop off after the excitement of banking $6,617!
